The Cicero Family Sports Center
has three different payment options.
A) Automatic Payment Plan (APP):
Monthly drafts are available for members who
would like their contract to be on a
month-to-month basis. Accepted payments are
Visa, MasterCard, and Bank Drafts. With this
payment option, your monthly membership fee
would be deducted from your account on the 20th
of each month. You are free to cancel your
membership at any time without paying your way
out, however, you must fill out a cancellation
form no later than the 5th of the month that you
would like payment to stop, otherwise you are
obligated to that month's payment.
B) Three Part Payment Plan: With
this payment option, members can choose to pay
their yearly amount in the first three consecutive months.
Membership fees paid in the Three Part Payment
Plan are non-refundable.
C) Annual Payment Plan: If a
member chooses, they can pay their yearly
membership fee in one payment. For this payment
option, there is a 5% discount. Membership fees
